Leahs work was based around being deaf and sign language. From this hand signals, hands, touch and skin where all main features which could all be included.
From the other group member Neelam her main concpet was lost in translation where things become misunderstood and this could be through not hearing, seeing or feeling things correctly. From her work hand signals had been included in her research.
From all three group members including me, hands and skin where a main concept which all of us had used in our research and our intial designs, and this is why we have decided to make the main feature on our garment the gloves which will be inserted into the pockets and exposed at the bottom of the dress.

FINAL DESIGN
This design has been able to combine the work of the whole of our group. The design has been developed until we reached an out come that we were all happy with.
This is the faux white leather which we will be using in our final design for the sleeves and gloves.
Cotton Drill which will be used for the main body of the dress.
For the back zip on the garment we have decided to use a chunky zip which is able to relate to the oversized theme which was one of my concepts. We choose white because it is able to blend in and give a professional finish to the garment.
